DOOM: The Dark Ages was made with all the latest NVIDIA features in mind, including:
DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation - You can use this to achieve ultra-high frame rates.
Ray Tracing - You can play it with advanced lighting and shadows.
Shortly after launch, a PC-exclusive DOOM: The Dark Ages update will add Path Tracing and DLSS Ray Reconstruction too.

Here is a first look at the performance figures from NVIDIA, at the 3 most common resolutions, Ultra present, with Ray Tracing On and DLSS 4 on and off.
According to NVIDIA: “Gamers on RTX 50 Series with 8GB GPUs can enjoy DOOM: The Dark Ages at Ultra settings with high frame rates by setting "Texture Pool Size" to 1536 with minimal impact to image quality”
